TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE FOR CENTURY CASINO CALGARY

INTRODUCTION

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the use of Century Casino Calgary's facilities, services, and amenities by its patrons. By entering any area of the casino or using its services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.

AGE RESTRICTIONS

You must be at least 18 years old (or the applicable minimum age in Alberta) to enter the casino premises or participate in gaming activities.

PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY

Patrons are responsible for their own behavior while on the casino premises and shall not engage in any activity that may harm others, damage property, or create a disturbance.

GAMING RULES AND REGULATIONS

All games at Century Casino Calgary are operated under the rules of the Alberta Gaming Liquor & Cannabis Commission ("AGLC") and comply with applicable laws and regulations.

PROMOTIONS AND CONTESTS

The casino may offer promotions and contests to its patrons, subject to specific terms and conditions that shall be disclosed prior to participation.

PERSONAL PROPERTY AND LIABILITY

Century Casino Calgary is not responsible for the safekeeping or return of any personal property brought onto its premises. Patrons assume all liability for damage to their own property resulting from gaming activity or casino operations.

SECURITY MEASURES

The casino has implemented various security measures, including electronic surveillance and physical barriers, to protect patrons, employees, and property. Patrons may be denied entry or removed from the premises if they pose a risk to safety or security.

RESPONSIBLE GAMBLING

TERMINATION AND BREACHES

Century Casino Calgary may terminate this Agreement at any time without notice in the event of a breach or if deemed necessary for maintenance, repair, or renovation purposes.

GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Alberta and applicable federal law.

AMENDMENTS AND ADDITIONS

Century Casino Calgary reserves the right to modify or add terms at any time without prior notice. Patrons agree to abide by amended or updated versions of this Agreement upon entering or continuing use of casino facilities or services.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This document constitutes the entire agreement between Century Casino Calgary and its patrons, supersedes all previous agreements, and may not be modified except in writing signed by both parties.

LEGAL CONSEQUENCES OF NON-COMPLIANCE

Patrons who fail to comply with this Agreement or AGLC regulations may be subject to penalties, fines, or other legal consequences as per applicable laws.

By using the facilities and services of Century Casino Calgary, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
